What you’ll be expected to do:
The Digital Manager, Brand Empowerment is a digital team leader assigned to a specific book of business. He/she is responsible for the development of digital media strategies, data-led creative conversations with key agencies, developing creative activations and overseeing media plans & analysis of campaign performance. The manager acts as a digital media POC for internal stakeholders/client partners as well as key point of contact for cross-functional disciplines (Display, Performance, Ad Ops, Marketing Science, etc.). This role bridges the gap across all digital channel leads and functions to ensure Hearts digital product quality is delivered with maximum potential for achieving client KPI’s and business goals. The role also contributes to the Hearts digital product by seeking new opportunities, efficiencies, and integration of data to support client recommendations. Additionally, this role is designed to ensure the digital product delivered to assigned clients is of the highest quality, executed without error and serves as the leader to escalate any issues to the Head of Digital. The Manager also nurtures media partner relationships in partnership with Head of Digital to ensure premium access to alphas and betas.
What you will accomplish in the role:
Digital media plans & rationale decks Digital campaign analysis - during campaign flight and post campaign
Improvement in quality of digital plans by infusing data and sourcing unique opportunities for testing
Ensuring best practices are established and adhered to in execution of digital plans internally and externally AOP/QBR digital strategy
Competitive digital insights Data led creative roadmap per client (where applicable)
DCO Development and Activation
Improvement in quality/tailored assets per digital channel/placement
Ensuring best practices are established and adhered to by creative agencies (if possible), but at a minimum leading on training of clients and creative agencies
المهارات
Knowledge of social & search platforms (facebook, twitter, 4c, snap, doubleclick search/adwords)
Proficient user of microsoft office suite, especially excel and powerpoint
Proficiency in reporting tools & GA360
digital media strategy
Cross-discipline coordination and management policy and best practices contributor
