Day to day commercial legal work and advisory services

Providing advice and input on contentious and non-contentious matters

Supporting mergers & acquisitions process and joint ventures

Profile

Candidates who apply must meet all of the following criteria:

UAE National with Family BookLicensed to practice law in the UAE1-5 years post qualifying experience (open on level - responsibilities to increase over time)
