الوصف الوظيفي The candidate must have a valid UAE Driving License. Commission will be discussed during the interview.
Should have skills and experience in understanding how various businesses work, the nuances and challenges facing various industries and a broad understanding of HR challenges and functions in the UAE. Understanding the business scenario and assisting business heads and management in all areas of Human Resources and Marketing including Business Development and Client Acquisition. Key Result Areas: Arrange & attend meetings, follow up and discuss employer needs in a consultative manner. Be well versed in Human Capital platform functionalities, candidate demographics and general employment trends in the region. Attend Human Resources events plus any other networking events in the annual calendar. Strategic decision making with regards to account management and proposal creation. Ongoing relationship management / CRM with your accounts. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts. Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business. Work together with the internal researchers to match the candidates to the profile and create a shortlist. Overall responsibility of man power planning and recruitment.
