الوصف الوظيفي Main responsibilities: Optimizing conversions of online visitors to newsletter subscribers, social media channels, event registrants and leads and assisting in the goals of increasing content monetization, engagement and personas satisfaction. Providing input for strategic planning oriented around optimizing digital marketing efforts across online and email channels, and will lead tactical initiatives to design, implement and evaluate these optimizations. Working with the marketing communications, sales, business development to develop ideas to improve marketing performance Help identify social content trends to leverage and assist with developing actionable insights and recommendations for the MarCom Team to develop best practices Other duties as assigned المهارات A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science or related field Excellent analytical and creative skills Familiarity with KPI metrics such as impressions, visitors, conversion, click through, …etc Experience in email and digital marketing analysis with a command of the terminology, methods, strategies and fundamental metrics used in optimization Experience desired with digital analytics data, develop targeting, content optimization, and personalization Candidate will be expected to manage and manipulate large, complex datasets of different segments/personas utilizing a variety of tools Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and sensitive to project deadlines. Experience with INDD & photoshop tools a plus but not mandatory Must possess enthusiasm, be a creative thinker and a team player
