MEDICAL CODING AUDITOR – ABU DHABI
The Company:
An international Certification Body based in UAE, that works to guarantee excellence to public and private companies, to assure the best performance of their organizations, products, people, facilities and supply chains through Certification and Training Services.
Duties:
* Conduct audits as assigned on process, claims and KPIs as per applicable criteria and methodology and as per the audit plan.
* Generate clear, accurate and meaningful reports with reference to applicable criteria
* Collect evidences for the identified non-conformities and additional evidences where required
* Seek where required for technical and operational support to the audit team during and after the audit
* Maintain the coding credentials with continuously educations requirements
* Report any noticed activities that affect the audit ‘s impartiality
* Report any circumstances that may lead directly or indirectly in conflict of interest
* Ensure all the internal and external communications are routed through correct channels

المهارات
Qualification:
* BSc in any field preferably medical and paramedical related fields
* Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified professional medical auditor (CPMA)
* Certified professional Health care quality (CPHQ) is a plus.
Experience:
* Minimum of two years’ coding experience in Abu Dhabi
* Minimum of two years demonstrated internal audit experience
* Minimum of seven-year experience in coding including multiple specialties: in-patient, out-patient, emergency, day cases (ambulatory), homecare, surgery and long-term care.
* Enough knowledge about the JAWDA key performance indicators
