Sales Manager - Health and Wellness

Salary: up to AED 12,000 Based on experience plus commissions

Location: Dubai

Our Client is corporate wellness company founded in September 2017.
They run comprehensive and effective employee wellness programs for corporates to help companies reduce their insurance premiums and improve the health and productivity of their teams.
Providing health coaching, exercise classes and online education and support.
Their programs are proven to be effective in helping people lose weight and reverse diseases like diabetes and hypertension.
They realise it is very effective and useful for companies who recognise the importance of having healthy, engaged and productive employees.
As a result of their expansion we are seeking a highly talented Sales Manager to join their team.
Key role - Sell their programs to both corporates and / or insurers who in turn will offer these programs to their corporate clients as part of their programs.
The benefit for the insurer is to have value added services when pitching for annual renewals and also healthy employees make less claims which increases the margins for the insurer.
Responsibilities

· Achieve sales targets
· Research and prepare action plans for organisations to approach
· Target either large Organisations or Insurance companies in the UAE
· Present wellness programs to key managers within the target companies
· Report on activities, leads and closing deals

المهارات
Requirements

· 3 - 5 years experience in the UAE who has either:
· Sold programs / packages (not necessarily wellness) to HR heads and CFOs
· Has worked in an insurer in creating packages for corporate clients (employee benefits)
· Proven track record in sales
· Have a network of contacts in HR / Finance
· Excellent Sales Cycle knowledge and ROI process
· Long term customer relationship approach; Business partnership approach
· CRM management knowledge
· A Wellness ambassador (sport & fitness enthusiast)
