Charterhouse is working with a global law firm who is looking to hire a Conflicts Lawyer for the office in Dubai. You will work closely with the Conflicts Manager to minimise risk and monitor compliance procedures.
The main responsibilities of this position will involve completing conflict of interest checks on a global scale as well as client care and engagement terms. You will also be responsible for reviewing NDA’s, supplier agreements and external counsel policies. In addition, you will draft and review internal compliance policies and procedures.
المهارات
The successful candidate should be a qualified Lawyer with relevant experience, ideally from another international law firm accompanied by experience reviewing, updating and amending policies. You should have excellent English speaking, reading and writing ability.
