Lead Master Planner

Responsibilities:

· Detailed planning and development regulation guidelines
· Provide leadership in using advanced planning tools to model, simulate, and release optimized material plans to the organization and in developing, planning and implementing the master schedule
· Set strategic direction for planning and scheduling activities within the organization
· Lead the planning and scheduling activities utilizing advanced planning tools to model, simulate, and release optimized material
· Prepares, coordinates, and facilitates public involvement and consensus-building meetings and workshops.
· Reviews and evaluates Reuse and Redevelopment Master Plans.
· Providing a technical role in site planning, land use and design projects

المهارات
Qualifications:

· Degree in Urban Planning - Master’s degree in Urban Design would be a distinct advantage
· Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in large scale masterplans, planning and development regulations, design guidelines, population projections, infrastructure load and demand, and land use budgets
· Experience of working in the Middle East/ GCC is desirable
· Ability to lead planning and site layout components of large-scale master planning projects
