Bilingual Account Executive, Up to AED 14,000 per month, Dubai

Our client is an established Dubai agency with a relaxed t-shirt friendly culture, casual atmosphere in an office that includes private gardens, balconies, an attic and a terrace! They are on the hunt for a talented Bilingual Account Executive, to take ownership and drive the community engagement across a portfolio of exciting international brands and regional power-houses. As well as developing content calendars, coordinating and leading on shoots, developing growth and engagement strategies for the brands, this role is hands-on and is about evolving our client’s social media channels. This role is also about developing a deep understanding of each brands business needs and development plans while crafting close relationships with relevant team members and working from multiple venues on a weekly basis. Must be able to speak, read and write Arabic.
Description:
• Oversee the management of the client’s digital channels and communities to ensure the best possible experience for brand consumers/stakeholders
• Organize and help to direct photo and video shoots at the various venues on a monthly basis
• Craft digital stories and content for the brand’s digital media platforms to ensure high levels of engagement with the target audience
• Craft conscientious, organised, and clear communication across design, client servicing and development departments to ensure that campaigns are executed according to project plans
• Support the execution of campaigns from conception to launch following deadlines and project plans
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports and documentation for clients as requested
• Identify and adapt to new social media channels and technologies, in line with industry trends

المهارات
Criteria:
• Bilingual - Must be well versed to speak, read and write in Arabic
• Social Media Experience: 1-2 years
• Effectively communicate with a portfolio of clients via email, phone, presentations, and regular meetings
• Ability to handle pressure, long hours and deliver within deadlines
• Be a phenomenal teammate and contribute to the development of others
• Highly adaptive/have a real passion for digital media marketing and changing technology in the dynamic industry
• Be able to multi-task, think on your feet and exhibit attention to details
• Must currently reside in the UAE
