What you will see in our company is :
Cloud computing
proprietary software and open source software licensing,
software hosting (SAAS),
professional consulting services,

hardware sales,
You will provide legal support for all levels of business enabling growth while preventing legal risks and you will assure adherence to governance policies, ethics, and country specific laws and regulations.
You may draft, review, and negotiate major and/or non-standard technology contracts with with customers, including licensing agreements, professional services agreements, and cloud and hosting services agreements.
You may respond to ad hoc queries to include identification, analysis, and you evaluate risks to provide legal solutions.
Works closely with other outside lawyers if required by the company.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar background is a credit
5+ years experience
Patent
intellectual properties,
Trade Mark (registration, infringement, licensing and monitoring)
Copyright (registration and infringement) especially for medical journals and Medica publications online, software copyrights and licensing
Litigation
Internet laws (data breach, e commerce, cyber squatting, privacy laws and regulations, GDPR, defamation)
Corporate laws (formation, contracts, trade secrets, non compete agreements, service level agreements)
Contracts for employees
Technical contracts and service level agreements
Corporate law,
antitrust / competition law,
securities compliance and regulatory,
employment law,
immigration law,
cloud transactions,
data privacy,
risk management asset-backed financing,
contract management,
intellectual property,
trade secrets,
advertising law offline and online advertising.
