الوصف الوظيفي
· Handling normal duties of quality and excellence supervisor (quality planning, internal audit, risk assessment, self-assessment, process review, problem-solving, awareness and training etc..)
· Develop policies for quality and quality manual, and assist in change management implementation.
· Supervise the process of developing the corporate and departmental action plan (Operational Plan).
· Process mapping and recommendations for streamlining processes along with analyzing the impact of process streamlining on time, effort, cost and quality of services.
· Develop and improve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per the documented procedures and company requirements.
· Implement and comply with Dubai Government Excellence Program and ISO: requirements
· Develop and improve QMS / HSE Management system as per the international standards
· Implement RADAR cycle for excellence awards assessment process.
· Conduct internal Audit for ISO, Handel non-conformities investigation during the implementation of the management systems (ISO: &1;:)
· Prepare and manage self-assessment for the Dubai Government Excellence Program DGEP & Assist in developing submissions for “DGEP
· Provide quality awareness sessions, training and development of DHCR employees on quality concepts.
· Implemented quality assurance systems to establish a cost effective, scalable and safe working environment in compliance with organizational policies.
· Schedule review meetings, analyzed quality control issues, prepare in depth reports and submit to the Top management for strategic review.
· Facilitating all the preparations for internal and external awards and excellence reports following EFQM model, e.g., global star rating program & Dubai model, Hamdan innovation Award etc.
· Facilitating Quality Improvement projects
· Developing improvement methods and ensuring the appropriate methodology design and deployment of quality improvement tools.

Master Degree in Quality & excellency
5-10 years’ experience
Preferred experience in:
· RTA
· Dubai Police
· DEWA
· Dubai Municipality
