As an eSports Business Development, you’ll help shape and grow the business of the company. You excel at strategic planning, deal sourcing and negotiation, partner management, and overcoming obstacles in a fast-paced environment. Your analytical skills will assess new business ventures, and your entrepreneurial spirit will help drive deals to completion.
You’ll be working very close with the CEO of the company who is exceptionally bright minded and passionate about gaming.
You are:
• Experienced: You have at least a bachelor’s degree and 3+years’ experience working in business development or consulting.
• Hard-core gamer and sports enthusiast: Your passion for video games is what drove you to the industry; you love games and sports offline and online, you’re an avid fan of CS: GO, PUBG, DOTTA, LoL eSports, and take gaming seriously.
• A clear communicator: You can effectively communicate in any medium: presentations, email, conference calls, etc.; you’re able to convert a large amount of information and data into clear message
• A proven multi-tasker: You’re able to manage multiple projects and deliverables at once and you’re a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
• A problem solver: When run into complex business problems, you are always ready to fix them. You are able to assess the problem, find a creative and effective solution, and employ the necessary tools and tactics to quickly resolve the situation.
• An avid learner: You are always hungry to learn new things. In the eSports market, where things are changing very fast, you are able to not only keep up with the new trends, but also possess the skill sets to apply the lessons learned.
• Bilingual: You can converse fluently in both English and Arabic (It’s an advantage)
You will:
• Implement and manage initiatives for company’s e commerce website that are focused on driving incremental revenue and market share.
• Mange the company’s e commerce website including all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube,)
• Work in very close relation with all gaming vendors and our partners to get the best product pricing and offers.
• Execute sales promotion and offers for various gaming products.
• Oversee digital marketing strategy to drive traffic to the company’s website.
• Overseeing the backend of the company.
• Provide customer support for online orders.
• Maintain clear documentation for e-commerce order processing.
• Ensure that information on all digital platforms is accurate and up to date
• Manage and maintain stocks inventory and daily sales report.
المهارات
• BA/MBA degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience selling consumer electronics related products.
• Experience selling IT hardware and software is highly desired.
• Must be proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is strongly desired.
• Gaming background preferred.
