الوصف الوظيفي In the position of Customer Service Specialist you will focus on maximizing and continuous improvements of customer’s satisfaction and loyalty though detection of opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests and perform outbound sales activities. You will support your customers and Danfoss sales team by: Handling general pre- and post-sales queries and claims Processing and booking orders with follow-up activities Providing logistics and basic product information to internal and external customers Taking care of stock levels and booking purchase orders to supplier plants Supporting customers with credit and financial information Registering all customer queries in to CRM (salesforce.com) and to follow-up, escalate when needed, Running data quality in SAP and CRM system and preparing regular reports to Customer Service Center Manager المهارات At least University degree Starting experience in customer service and logistics related position Experience working in SAP and SAP CRM or Salesforce.com is an advantage Fluent English, other language as Arabic or French is an advantage Customer & customer satisfaction oriented Good interpersonal skills Problem solving mindset Open to change and looking for continuous improvement areas in processes Willing to work in teams
