Job description / Role
Respected International Architecture firm are delivering landmark retail mall project on prestigious site for one of UAE’s leading developers.
They have pipeline of retail projects secured for the next 5 years and thus can offer project security.
Currently they seek an experienced Site Architect who has retail mall finishes experience but also who has shell and core experience for upcoming retail project.
Based on site, this individual will report into the RE and manage RFI’s, inspections and coordination of on site activities, liaising with the design team in HQ in Dubai.
Requirements
10 years post Architecture qualification, with Retail Mall on site delivery experience is required.
Excellent knowledge of construction, ability to oversee technical issues and design changes, with strong communication skills for representation of this firm to client entity, contractors and sub consultants.
Immediate Start, 6 day week.
Retail Mall (not Fit Out) on site delivery experience in the UAE is necessary.
