Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Silicon Oasis, Dubai
Duration: Full Time
Description:
• Sales Manager based in UAE and will be responsible for UAE, Bahrain and Pakistan regions
• 10-15 years of experience in Leadership, planning, organizing and coordinating the work in the assigned markets. Responsible for updating the company with the market trends for new products, business changes, political factors influencing the business…etc.
• Creating direct communication with the final customers (electricity companies) in the assigned markets.
• Developing marketing and sales business plans for existing and potential markets to increase sales and company’s market share in the global market.
• Managing operations for sales activities and procedures to meet company’s sales target & decrease customer complains.
• Preparing and managing the marketing plan for company. Increase brand awareness and equity through focusing on customers’ and markets’ demands.
• Ensure that there is continuous communication between country office and the factories & headquarters to meet up deadlines on delivery to all customers around designated region.
• Contributing in international fairs, international tenders, business meetings with industry manufacturers are a requirement.
• Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development programs.
• Carries out other tasks relating to the area of responsibility, following instructions by the superior.
• Reporting to the VP ME & AP region in Iskraemeco HQ, EGYPT.
