الوصف الوظيفي Develop innovative marketing campaigns, tools and activities. Align and implement strategies and procedures for selected marketing activities/projects across shows in co-operation with SVP, Exhibitions Directors/Show Group Managers and Marketing Managers. Undertake the development and production of all marketing collateral in conjunction with Project teams across range of regional and international exhibitions from the Company’s portfolio. Provide inputs, feedback and support where possible to other Marketing Managers and Project Managers on their work deliverables to enhance overall Marketing performance from department. Develop, co-ordinate and manage tactical marketing and PR campaigns to support the exhibitions strategies and achieve specific business objectives for shows. Work with the project teams to develop the shows through database building, research and enhanced value added events such as conference, gala dinners, awards ceremonies etc. Assist the other shows in marketing deliverables should there be a manpower shortage in the marketing department. Research and develop dedicated data management procedures for the whole department. Manage exhibition onsite activities including press conferences, press days and media centres. Ensure the identity guidelines are adhered to by internal departments and external agencies. Effectively supervise the work performance of junior team members in marketing unit for assigned shows.
