Description
Ensures thorough understanding of the procurement workstream project requirements, as-is and to-be processes & procedures, Target operating model to contribute to the successful delivery of projectsProvide and support the implementation of procurement business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; Work closely with them to ensure development of the best systems, with a shared strategy for maintaining & enhancing procurement processes, solutions and business benefitsParticipate and Support in discovery workshops for the business and process analysis of the current systems and processes. Perform Review of current non-standard processes / reporting and the impact on Platform design and to-be processesDesign and Document process flows for the business solutions scope of Procurement projectsAssist PM and Workstream lead in collecting data and information as per supplier needs & provide them in timely manner as per project plan. Ensure proper master data and test data setups in all environment Provide project level analysis - producing and reviewing required business analysis documentation (functional requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan, QA plan)Collaborate closely with Integration developers to implement the system integration requirements, generate System integration and UAT script and perform Integration and UAT execution with proper documentation of test resultsPerform data analysis, cleansing and reformatting activitiesSupport in developing strategies for data migration, training and change management and in executing them as per project planAssess business process and system inefficienciesIdentify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfactionUnderstand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholdersMentor and train other business analysts on the workstream to handle specific phases or scopeCreate and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
Profile
7+years’ experience as a Business analyst with at least 3+ years in Finance domain. Procurement domain experience will be preferredExperience in large scale global IT ProjectsExperience with SAP/Oracle ERP, Procurement solutions such as Coupa desirableExperience in working on integrating large scale M&A;’s with exposure to Master data management, data modelling, maintaining data quality, building and applying data policiesExcellent capability to gather, evaluate and understand business process & requirementsExcellent documentation skillsCBAP or similar qualificationWilling to travel extensivelyTechnical knowledge (Oracle, PL/SQL) will be an added advantage
