Urgent Requirement for Operations Manager in hospital catering.
Location - Dubai
Salary Upto - AED 25000
Candidate must have UAE experience and available in UAE for face to face interview and an early joining.

Over all supervision of the kitchen staff and chores
Cooperating with the contract caterers
Coordinating with dietitians and cooks regarding patient meals
Supervision of daily meal preparation of patients and canteen, tray line service and patient meal service
Keeping a record of patient meals and approving the invoices
Approval of duty schedule of staff prepared by catering supervisor
Checking the store inventory and request for any item required by dietician or chef within the contract budget
Preparation of the menus
Check the documents relating to food temperature, cleaning, personal records of the staff etc.
Supervision and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Exercise good portion control using hospital defined guidelines.
Following work schedule and duties as designated by the hospital
Ensuring all working areas are kept tidy ,clean and in hygienic condition
Ensuring the security of the stock and premises
Ensuring good working relationship with wards and other departmental staff
Reporting through the correct channels defects to machinery equipment and premises.
Reporting accident /incidents to a member of staff immediately.
Ensuring all the request for function/buffets etc are prepared and delivered in a professional manner.
Attending all the mandatory training/conference/seminars of hospital
Implementation and documentation of JCI requirement.
Submission of weekly progress report of the catering services to Head of the Department and Chief Executive Officer though e-mail or as specified by HOD.
