الوصف الوظيفي Conduct site inspections Review of Contractor’s submittals including material submissions, shop drawings, calculations, method statements etc. Attend weekly/ periodic site meetings with Contractor, Employer, Lead Consultant and any/all other stakeholders as and when required. Advise Project Director, Engineer of any serious issues that need critical/ urgent resolution on part of any of the stakeholders. Review shop drawings with consciousness of coordination with other trades like mechanical, structures, any specialist disciplines etc. Report NCR’s to the Engineer when required and attend meetings with design team members This is not an exhaustive list and the inspector will be expected to carry out all functions other than those typical to his position that are assigned to him from time to time المهارات Degree or 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering Total experience not less than 12 years out of which minimum 10 years in UAE Minimum 5 years’ experience - employed with a Design Consultant as site inspector Minimum 5 years’ experience - employed with a Contractor as site supervisor/ QA QC inspector Should possess experience of completing at least one retail project preferably Shopping Mall of not less than 750,000 m2 built-up area Preference will be given to candidates willing to start immediately تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/electrical-inspector-3831667/ |
