Do you think you have what it takes to become a recruiter in the competitive market of the UAE Market?
We are a small recruitment firm that now wants to grow. We have been in the UAE since 2012 and have a solid client base - we are now looking for the right driven candidates who can help us expand our client base in any specialty.
What you would be expected to do:
FIRST - Generate Revenue!
to generate Revenue you have to
SECOND Generate your own Clients
to generate your own Clients you have to
THIRD - Generate a prospects list
Once 1, 2 and 3 are done
FOURTH - Use our database and other available database to find the right candidates
FIVE - Interview Candidates
SIX - Write Candidate Summaries
SEVEN - Arrange interviews and coordination of all other work with Client
These are the steps to Succeed!
Its not easy! Infact its super hard so only apply if you really have what it takes!
This is not for someone that is looking to earn any sort of commission in the first month - usual lead times are up to 3 months.
So only apply if you really are ready to go through the pain and have the drive and determination to succeed.

You need to be awesome and cool to get along with the small team.
You need to be patient
You need to be comfortable on the phone and YOU MUST be comfortable cold calling daily!
You can’t fear the word NO or Rejection
You have to be driven like there is no tomorrow and if there is one than you need to earn that commission.
You have to be ready to fight as well as losing some of those fights and battling through.
But if you stick the course and show the drive then you will succeed and could be well financially rewarded.
Only apply if you are ready for all this - we are only interviewing people that are willing to do all this.
Salary: Well that depends on how driven you are - its a commission based role with a small base. You are in control of your earning power!
