HR Administrator

What does the role involve?
As an HR Admin Support, you’ll be part of our dedicated and highly engaged HR team.
Day to day, you’ll be asked to take over a variety of tasks in to help support our employees, like
- Assisting in PRO tasks - preparing visa requirements, managing documents
- Supporting with management of HR files
- Supporting the Onboarding process - following up with new joiners
- Preparation of letters and documents
- Preparation of materials for trainings or career fairs
- Data clean up
- Supporting compensation & benefits related tasks

المهارات
We are looking for someone with the following
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an office environment (filing, copying, creating documents)
- Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage
- Experience in HR is plus
- Attention to detail and structure
- High level of integrity, motivation and customer-focus
