الوصف الوظيفي
1. Managing a team of technicians and supervisors.
2. Preparing and presenting of Field related installation issues.
3. Deployment of manpower on a day to day basis for warranty complaints.
4. Identification and analysis of AC equipment related issues.
5. Attending Site meetings. .
6. Identification of epidemic failure of components of AC units.
8. Preparation of technical reports.
9 . Procurement of Spare parts.
10. Accounting of man-hours for each complaint and submission to accounts every month before due date

المهارات
We are hiring Service Coordinator for our group company Leminar Air Conditioning Company LLC for location-based in Dubai.
The suitable candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience as a Coordinator in the HVAC industry. Excellent communication skills, good operational skills are the basic requirement for the job.
