•Manages and coordinates the daily activities of Sales Engineers engaged in promoting and selling medical equipment
• Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques
• Implements sales programs by developing field sales actions plans
•Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning Sales Engineers; following up on work results
• Development, implementation, and monitoring of annual sales forecast.
• Leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives.
• Sell a full product line of offerings, maintain accurate customer information, and handle other related duties as needed.
• To provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing & new customers.
• To map potential customers and generate leads for the company.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Sales and Marketing of Medical Equipment and should possess the following attributes:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• At least 5 - 7 years of UAE work experience in sales supervisory role.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills .
• Leadership skills .
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Strong – decision making abilities.
• Commitment to succeed• UAE Driving License & must own a car.
