MALE IT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (Oracle Xstore) up to 10K AED for a Holding Company in Dubai

Open to any nationality, Arabic, Filipino and Pakistani nationals are preferred
Male, 24-30 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Application
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Detail technical and functional knowledge on Oracle POS – XStore, Oracle POS – Xoffice
Must have experience working in Java, PL/SQL, Weblogic, UNIX, and Oracle Database technology
Must address business issues / expectations and map them to application process
Must have experience in implementing & upgrading Oracle ERP applications
Responsible but not limited to work on Oracle Retail POS Application support on existing version (360 Commerce)
Identify & understand various existing customization, map the customization with new version, work on implement Oracle Retail POS upgrade project
Monitor and test vendor deliverables on Oracle POS upgrade projects
Work closely with Oracle to resolve Oracle issues, responsible for stabilize upgraded environment, provide knowledge sharing to application support team
With strong knowledge in different applications and systems
With excellent communication and prioritization skills
Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Work location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up to 10,000 AED all in package depending on experience and qualifications
