Essential:
• Sound training experience – particularly capability to facilitate and debrief group work, understand how to motivate and engage participants and ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
• English speaking, but fluent in Arabic (in addition, fluency in French would be a huge bonus).
• Strong automotive Sales Department management experience (both Sales and Service Department management would be a bonus).
• Able to follow training briefs and deliver the prescribed training in accordance with directions.
Highly Desirable:
• Dealer Principal, or Dealer GM (operations and or/financial management) background
• French speaking (in addition to English and Arabic)
• Service Department management experience (in addition to Sales Department)
• Financial management capabilities and experience
