• Sales and Marketing of Resale and Off-plan properties in Dubai
• Leasing of ready properties, managing leads, Clients, properties and specializing in preferred areas.
• Bank financing for Clients and Mortgage consultancy.
• Management of Landlord properties and Rental renewals with the Tenants
• Telemarketing
• Qualifying Clients and doing viewings of selected properties
• Negotiating with Buyers/Sellers & Tenants/Landlords and closing deals.
* Commission based only but Company will provide training, leads & properties, advertising & training to sell off-plan properties through developers with Company tie-ups
المهارات
• With or without experience in Real Estate
• Preferably know how to speak Chinese, Russian, Turkish and Arabic.
• Must be socially confident and with good communication skills
• Must have a positive attitude a quick learner
* Must have business acumen and real estate sense.
• Must know how to work in a team as well as independently
• Open for candidates on Husband Visa & Own Visa
• Male or Female applicants in Dubai and residents are welcome to apply especially those who have good overseas contacts and investor clients.
