Supervise the operations, budgeting, monitoring body shop and mechanical workshop activities

Manage the service department personnel, establishing KPIs, Planning their incentive structure.

Guide the service advisors in repair and maintenance, inventory control, employee productivity and customer.

Educate and train the technicians about the Service Bulletins/ Automotive Programs designed to increase productivity and customer satisfaction levels

Facilitating clients in their insurance claims by co-coordinating with insurance companies

المهارات

Bachelors in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering

3+ years of experience in the capacity of a Service Manager
