ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Meet regularly with distributors and trade partners to ensure appropriate distribution.
• Implement cycle marketing activities on time in full, including securing distribution of new products.
• Participate in Developing and implementing plans that drive volume & share growth of the brands with maximum off take.
• Effective implementation of the strategic channel development programs (sales, distribution, and promotional programs) as defined by Area Sales Manager. Monitors progress and recommends corrective action where necessary.
• Develop and leverage effective working relationships by giving assistance, advice and support Leverage targeted retail investment to drive growth of the brands.
• Responsible for executional KPI monitoring and monthly reporting results to the Area Sales Manager including sales volume, stock management and promotion activities.
• Assisting in establishing the rolling demand, off take input and plans including volume, mix, etc.
• Deliver distribution, share of shelf, and sales in line with or ahead of targets
• Achieving assigned quantitative and qualitative sales goals and brand building measures
• Complete business processes on time in full; ensuring accuracy of information and data
• Meet call coverage and frequency targets and identify opportunities (e.g. new outlets or events)
• Accountable for delivering sales volume and to meet target sales objectives
• Gather and report on any competitor activity or intelligence
• Ensure optimum stock levels (at customer’s end) for availability and product quality and freshness
• Excellence in quality of execution and communication (planogram, pricing, innovations)
• Actively promoting the marketing mix through direct discussions with retailers using analytical proficiency and influencing skills to promote a beneficial business plan.
• Execute, review and report on progress of sales and recommend relevant action plans accordingly.
• Merchandizing Supervisor Duties
DUTIES:
• Share detailed feedback report on a weekly basis during each marking activity promotion and propose improvements.
• Submit on monthly basis ‘Best Practice’ report by providing information of all duty free activities.
• Submit on monthly bases check list form that consolidate team inputs.
• Update profile report.
• Collect and submit good quality pictures, competitions and submit them on monthly basis
• Support the development of weekly highlights report by providing accurate information and competition activities
• Support the development of maintenance report by providing information of display shelves malfunctions on Weekly basis
• Ensure planogram RSP price tags, visual communication etc are correct at all time.
• Build and maintain excellent relationship with management and employees.
• Empower the merchandizing team members.
• Ensure constant improvement of merchandizer’s product knowledge and selling skills by providing regular on floor coaching
• Ensure monthly targets shared with supervisors, external merchandisers. At all the times staff should know their targets.
• Work in collaboration with marketing team to prepare hostess schedules, provide feedback on hostess performance after each activity
• Develop schedule for merchandizing staff on weekly basis, track and report vacation, sick leave request and share with company
• Attend hostess training for each promotion
• Work in collaboration with supervisors on meeting presentation topics and content
• Lead on daily communication with external Merchandiser
• Lead on all topics related to the duty-free shops
• Recruitment of new merchandiser. check about the uniforms of staffs, daily communication
المهارات
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Marketing/Business College degree.
• Experience in Tobacco.
• Experience in Duty Free
• Experience in field sales and fact-based selling, customer/consumer facing roles.
• A valid driver’s license.
SKILLS:
• Excellent communication, negotiation and planning skills and financial awareness;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Strong personality, leadership, time management, team spirit, Self-Motivation, integrity and customer engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel & relocate.
• Ability to analyze problems and offer solutions
• Sound IT skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• High standard of presentation and appearance.
