Our Client:
A regional Conglomerate with diversified businesses across India and GCC is looking to hire a General Manager for one of their hotels in Dubai.
Your Role:
As a General Manager the incumbent would be responsible for Performance Management, Staffing, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching, Developing Standards, Financial Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning, Quality Management of the hotel. An ideal candidate would be someone who has driven the sales strategy to maintain highest room occupancy, Banquet reservations and restaurant sales in the hotel.
المهارات
Must Have:
15 Years of overall work experience with at least 7 years in sales.
Master’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent principle.
High proficiency with MS Office.
Must have a proven track record of improving room sales, banquet sales and restaurant sales.
Must be organized
Must be detail oriented.
Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
