Looking into Macro and Micro in all elemental aspects that affect the Property Market and the Property itself in that target location. Reporting on findings on a biweekly to the Organization Heads and their clientele. Travel to the target location for further clarification on new market entry regarding properties. Identifying various third party companies in that targeted location to further assist on solidifying research done and creating long term relations for investment. Identifying every element of risk regarding potential investment location. Hours of work are extremely flexible, focus is more on quality of study conducted and completion of study within given time frame. Further details into each of these points will be further explained in the interview. An Entrepreneurial foresight and thinking.
