Key Responsibilities:
• Driving and Managing the sales team, ensuring optimal productivity according to company vision and values
• Managing on the ground operations / remote sales people
• Sales strategy formation and tapping new opportunities
• Achieving sales and growth and profitability
• Achieving increased sales, profitability, and strategic advantage
• Continuous improvement in sales personnel with motivated and talent recruits.
• Must champion customer satisfaction,
• Managing critical decisions and relationships with key distributors and optimising distribution strategy proactively not passively.
• To be successful in this role, should be an example of integrity and have visionary leadership, be an excellent people manager and communicator, be proactive, be able to read situations and trends, critical thinking, anticipating and solving problems, and execute effectively.
• The ideal candidate should have prior experience running or helping to run a company or business unit.
• Reporting to the Board of Directors each month
• Driving Sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Developing new revenue streams and growth for the future
• Ensuring optimal use and acquisition of human resources
• Ensure good company morale and productivity
• Ensure proper cash flow
• Ensure efficient and effective operations

Required Qualification, Skills, and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Excellent time management
• Strong organizational, project management skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and team building skills
• Friendly and professional demeanour
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, software
• Understanding Business trends
• Experience as a business owner
• Experience running a sales team successfully
• Experience with successful business development / strategy development
• Experience in an entrepreneurial small business environment
• Minimum of 4+ years managing a business unit / small company
• Experience running / building successful cohesive teams
