QHSE Engineer / Internal Auditor ( Mechanical or Civil Engineer) with minimum 8 to 12 years experience ( in relevant field) in United Arab Emirates
The QHSE Engineer is responsible for implementing & maintaining the company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental systems ( IMS); for representing management in the event of any external audit with reference to ISO 9001, 18001 and 14001 Standards
Experience / Capability to interact for the day to day activities of all other members of the company’s Quality and HSE Departments
Experience / Capability to implement / monitor companies IMS System in place (evaluation of company’s practices, processes and procedures with respect to IMS system ( ISO9001, 18001 and 14001 Standards))
Planning and execution, with others, of regular internal audits of the company’s IMS systems.
Capability for the initiation of corrective action in the event of system non-conformances.
Capability / Experience for the Development and implementation of techniques for evaluating the effectiveness of the company’s IMS systems. Plus generation of regular reports to MANAGEMENT on the effectiveness of the IMS system.
Other Capabilities / Experience to handle:
Prepare and implement QHSE Policies and procedure in place
Interact with other Departments and provision of appropriate training on QHSE affairs.
Participation in periodic Management Review meetings and implementation of relevant actions.
Liaison with external auditors and authorities with regard to IMS System (QHSE)
Interaction / Execution of administrative activities related to QHSE department
