الوصف الوظيفي Position Title : Regional Sales Manager (Asia Pacific) Department : Sales Reporting to : Director Region Intercontinental Job Purpose: Responsible for achieving business objectives by maximizing product share and/or sales goals for the key accounts assigned. This position is responsible for enhancing relationships with key clients, and must align key account strategies with Regional strategy. Main Responsibilities: • Prepare annual sales forecasts and budget sales expense estimates for the countries • Meet designated sales targets, reflecting sales volume and market share • Provide high level clinical education and product promotion to key prescribers, physician groups, Pharmacists, key decision makers within designated key accounts • Manage operating budget and allocate resources within set bounds • Develop and implement strategic planning across designated areas • Assist sales support/marketing staff members in activities such as sales promotion, training, and market research in planning and executing special projects • Must develop and drive effective account plans for targeted accounts and geographic areas • Analyze all available sales data and market trends in assigned accounts for key product and competitors, must have the ability to initiate, adjust, and adapt account plans swiftly and accordingly • Must ensure appropriate communication and transparency of all account related activities to internal and external customers • Ability to identify opportunities to optimize strategic account plans and Look for opportunities to identify unmet customer need; develop strategic opportunities for new channel specific tactics المهارات • Bsc of Pharmacy or related science • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager for Asia Pacific markets and 10 years within the pharmaceutical industry • MBA or relevant Master’s Degree is a plus • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex data and share effectively • Strategic Thinking • Problem solving & Decision Making skills • Solid analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to think strategically and turn ideas into actions • Strong understanding of relevant tools and models تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/regional-sales-manager-asia-pacific-3823834/ |
