Fit-Out Project Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
To liaise with clients, continuously updating them on the project progress/to address any necessary changes to the project design/implementation plan
Process all the necessary government procedures and permits
Responsible for the effective management of project budgets, sub contractors, suppliers
Review all project documentation (Drawings, NOCs, permits, work schedule)
Responsible and accountable for the timely and relevant reporting of project progress
Responsible for ensuring projects are properly planned, communicated throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor and ensure compliance to safety plans and standards
Work collaboratively with the sub contractor(s) and client to solve project challenges representing the client’s best interest. Track and manage general sub contractors
Control the financial aspect of the project
To set and meet realistic deadlines
Responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of projects

المهارات
7-10 years of project management experience from a reputable interior company in UAE
Experience to work in F & B, Retail, Hospitality
Highly organized in work habits to consistently and accurately support the team and manage a variety of critical tasks
Excellent communication skills to actively and accurately support the team and the successful delivery of the project
Holds a valid UAE Driving License
Flexible to relocate in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Fluent in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
Available to join immediately
