Warehouse Specialist

Job Purpose:
To manage daily warehouse operations based on global warehousing standards. Responsible for warehouse resource planning, WH Helpers/Pickers/Checkers, F/L operator’s performance and KPI monitoring, Warehouse shift operation and Order Fulfilment to Boutiques/ Cafes/ B2B/ Export/Franchise.
Key Accountabilities:
Operations
• Product Inbound, Outbound handling, Space Management.

• FEFO (First Expiry First Out), and Stock Management.
o Accountability of physical Stock, cycle counts of entire warehouse in each quarter.
o Maintain PAR stock level and order replenishment stocks from Production

• Stock control, Inventory Management, Reporting for complete Warehouse.
o Reports warehouse Productivity.
o Monitor Warehouse Shrinkage and action plan to reduce the same
o Share with operations team weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports related to WH stocks of FG, Expiry Goods, WH productivity and any needed reports

• People Management (WH Helpers/Pickers/Checkers, F/L operators, if any)
o Attendance, reporting absenteeism & overtime recording daily.
o Supervise warehouse operations and resource planning
o Recruiting and Training of new resources
o Manage staff performance and KPI monitoring
o Shift Rotation and Planning

• Order Fulfillment to Boutiques/ Cafes/ B2B/ Export/Franchise
o To arrange for picking, checking and packing of all the transfer request from Boutiques/ Cafes
o Monitoring order picking output and ensures picking, checking, packing is completed on time.
o To coordinate with transport for vehicles as per the requirement for transfers, delivery as per the procedure followed.
o Allocating and monitoring the delivery loading accuracy of the vehicles for dispatch.
o Assure that all system transactions are done on time and accurately and compliant with control policies and procedures.
o Coordination with Retail, Café, Projects, Marketing, Duty Free, Franchises, B2B and export team
o Coordination with Transport, Export, Procurement, QC, Production and other supply chain team

• Expiry, Spoilage/Damage and Returns handling.
o To arrange for returns, spoilage and damages, expiry, near expiry, slow, non-moving stocks, updating the same and reporting.
o Near Expiry stock status reporting to management monthly.

• Training, Quality, Health and Safety.
o Training and induction of staff.
o Ensure updating communication boards regularly as per the internal policies and standards.
Health and safety
• Assure safe working environment and immediately fix any violation to safety regulations
• Warehouse maintenance and Housekeeping across the warehouse.
• Maintaining temperature logs and warehouse housekeeping
• Ensure compliance of all Quality and Safety requirements as per company policy.
• Maintain a neat and tidy working environment, clear aisle (free from obstruction), minimize working hazards and potential risks.
• Responsible for the safety of all team members, reporting all incidents and accidents immediately to line managers.

Experience requirement:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food industry in Warehouse Supervisor/ Assistant Warehouse Manager position
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English Language
• Good Knowledge of WMS and ERP system
• Good skills on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
Qualification and Licenses requirement:
• Undergraduate Degree
• Masters/Diploma in Supply Chain and Operations
• Occupational Health Card
