We are looking for creative Interior designer with minimum 3-5years of UAE experience, to join our team
Job Description
• Develop Concept designs for SPA, Thermal Cabins, Pools and Wet solutions
• Obtain all relevant information, drawings and assemble data to complete architectural designs.
• Sketch preliminary design plans including MEP Layouts
• Prepare colored and three-dimensional drawings of interior designs for presentation to client.
• Specify finishing materials and MEP fittings for Wall, Floor, Ceiling and Sitting areas
• Prepare Final plans using Computer Aided Design and Computer Applications
• Proficient Time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Estimate quantities for materials.
• Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects. This includes Layouts, Tile, Elevations, Plans, Sections and RCPs.
• Maintain and organize project files, schedules and specifications.
• Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.
• Site survey / measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same.
• Work with the entire team, in office and with outside consultants.
• Represent architect on construction site, ensuring builder compliance with design specifications and advising on design corrections.
• Create freehand drawings and lettering to accompany drawings.
• Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represent building plans.

المهارات
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil from institute of repute.
• 5 years of architectural drafting experience
• Possess excellent communication, technical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail, prioritization and ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to provide instructions written and orally
• Excellence in AutoCAD, 3DMax, Photoshop is a must
