The Company’s growth has seen it decentralize operational financial management to the local markets. The Corporate Services functions have adapted their roles but will continue to collaborate with their peers to best practice, development of high quality Management Information and be the custodian of the Company’s accounting systems all of which are critical to optimizing the financial performance and returns of each asset.

Act as Dream (accounting system) Suer- User for UAE and Corporate entities

Assist in Dream integration and development across the Group

Manage the monthly accounting close process in Dream for UAE and Corporate entities

Perform monthly currency revaluations

Perform monthly consolidations process in Dream for Group reporting

Own Group wide control of intercompany process and reconciliation

Preparing consolidated

management accounts with commentary

Prepare cash forecasts for UAE and corporate entities

Assist in preparation and consolidation of Group cash forecasts

Responsible for preparation of annual budget and forecast for Dubai property and corporate entities

Assist with consolidation and finalization of Group budgets including instilling best practice reporting and template stardardization across the Group

Prepare monthly financial reports and comparison to budget for the Dubai property and corporate entities

Maintain Dream chart of accounts

Report and filing of UAE VAT

Supervise preparation and payment of AED payroll

Preparation of Group Loan statements

HSBCNet system administrator

Assist with development and implementation of corporate accounting policies and procedures
