I am representing an award winning Urban Development Company, they are known for delivering on innovative and flagship projects globally. Due to continual success, they are currently looking for a Project Manager, Construction and Conversion to manage a portfolio of projects in the MENA region.
Our Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring construction schedules are met and all projects meet construction specifications.

• Developing a Budget

• Strategic Influencing
• Business Partnering
• Working with Vendors
• Scalability, Interoperability and Portability Analysis
• Controlling Quality
• Benefits Realisation
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience highly preferred
PMP certification is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of construction site supervision experience is a must
Ability to handle complexity of construction related projects with contractors, architects and Product
Design & Program teams is essential
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
Working knowledge of project management software is required
