الوصف الوظيفي My client one of the leading companies is looking for a Senior Valuer to join their team. Title: Senior Valuer Location: Dubai, UAE Responsibilities: Draft valuation reports under supervision Ensure a high standard of report output Ensure turnaround times are met for all respective cases Full knowledge of RICS/IVSC Knowledge of the 5 Methods of Valuation Monitor exposure to risk and compliance of respective valuation department Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience working in a similar role FRICS/MRICS qualified Registered Valuer or enrolled on the APC University Degree (preferred in Real Estate) Good communication skills Good market knowledge If you meet the above criteria, and are at a level in your career, where a move to another company makes sense then please reply to this advert with your latest resume.
