Position Summary:
Looking for a Mechanical Engineer who shall not be just an employee but rather a partner in the company who understands the vision of the company. The role shall be Energy Optimization of Buildings/facilities and District Cooling Plants. The candidate shall lead beyond his / her title and be actively involved in planning and progress of the projects.
Preferred hands-on Experience:
• Chilled Water hydraulic design.
• Expert with Chilled index point evaluation
• Testing & Balancing of Chilled Water.
• Testing & Balancing of Airside.
• Pipe Sizing.
• Pump Selection.
• Cooling Load Calculation.
• Auto Cad.
• HVAC software (HAP).
• Coordinate and order energy efficiency required materials and resources for different projects.
• Lead the project during the installation period and commissioning of the existing building equipment.
• Create effective and graphical reports.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Support the management in developing the company.

المهارات
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
Certification: HVAC and Auto Cad
Experience: 5-7 years.
UAE Drivers License
Skills Knowledge: Green Buildings, LEED, Estidama, Report Writing, Testing & Commissioning of Buildings and District Cooling plants, Microsoft Excel.
