الوصف الوظيفي Maintaining, enhancing, and establishing internal policies and procedures designed to ensure continued compliance with applicable laws and regulations Coordinating, tracking, and overseeing training of personnel on the Company’s policies and procedures Investigating potential violations of the company’s policies and procedures and implementing appropriate corrective action, where necessary Serving as the primary contact for Company personnel in connection with compliance issues and questions Conducting periodic risk assessments of the Company’s business units, and, where appropriate, developing compliance enhancements thereafter Maintaining knowledge of key laws and regulations and prevailing global compliance standards Continuing to enhance and promote the strong culture of compliance at the Company
A bachelors degree in Law, Safety & Security or similar At least 10 years of experience in the field of Compliance & Ethics as a consultant and/or in-house Proven experience managing the global compliance function at a company with an international presence (experience in the global logistics industry is preferred) Experience with compliance software and knowledge of digitization possibilities for the compliance function Demonstrated knowledge of global best practices, including with respect to sanctions and anti-bribery /anti-corruption compliance Ability to communicate effectively with corporate constituencies, including the Board of Directors, CEO, and Senior Managers Interpersonal skills required to effectively implement and maintain effective policies, processes, and controls Experience conducting, overseeing, and managing internal investigations of potential compliance violations تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/chief-compliance-officer-3816380/ |
