Division of a Global Western organization responsible for both hard and soft facilities of some of the region’s most iconic commercial, retail and residential developments is looking to strengthen its team. They have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Engineer to join their Dubai office.

• Reporting to the Facilities Manager the role requires an experienced FM professional to ensure the smooth running of a large mixed use development
• Ensuring all HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical systems are well maintained and functioning with zero downtime
• In addition to this the highest level of Health and Safety is maintained at all times
The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 7 year’s experience with a diploma or degree in either mechanical or electrical engineering. You shall have at least 3 years GCC experience in a similar role. You shall have mad experience in working within either a major retail, office tower, residential tower or hotel.
