Sales Engineer - Landscaping
Salary: up to AED 10,000 based on experience
Location: Dubai
Our Client, established in 1998, have diversified their business interests in the UAE and abroad.
Initially starting as one of the leaders in consumer electronics, they are now embarking on modular structures for use in Farm homes, Gazebos and Hospitality Sectors.
We are seeking an experienced and professional Sales Executive who is target driven to join their team
Key role: Selling a new market range of Fibre Re-inforced (FRP) Modular structures. You will have excellent sales skills with a technical acquaintance and experience on landscaping bidding for jobs / projects. You will manage, plan, implement and coordinate all sales operations to promote effective sales delivery.
Responsibilities
* Develop sales plans aligned with the companies strategic goals for market penetration
* Meet with and conduct needs analysis with prospective clients to develop an appropriate sustainable home development.
* Present a comprehensive, detailed proposal to the client.
* Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organise the site / facilities to meet cli-ent requirements for construction and maintenance works.
* Measure projects for quotes, design and submit bids by creating estimates and proposals.
* Ensure profitability (Accurate labor costs are factored, and by any subcontractor work is identified and quoted)
المهارات
Requirements
* Bachelor’s / Master’s in landscape architecture or similar
* Passionate about landscape architectural design and business development
* Experience in Landscape, construction or related industry,
* Experience in Hospitality would be an advantage
* Valid UAE driving license
