The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and maintaining capabilities of the Group ERP environment (Dynamics AX) ensuring alignment with business strategy and plans. The person will be responsible for scoping and delivery of Group ERP projects, working with functional and business resources to design ERP solutions.

Develop AX upgrade and enhancement road map to meet evolving business needs and advances in technology and solutions architectureDevelop ERP change management policy and process and institute associated governance framework across GroupProvide guidance, road maps, technical principles, standards and best practices to influence investment decisions that prioritise and balance operational demandsMap ERP functionalities to current and future business requirementsDevelop and execute business transformation plans to ensure value-added penetration and use of Microsoft Dynamics AX throughout the GroupCoordinate with Group ERP Support Lead to facilitate AX support requestsManage ERP data quality and complianceDevelop and roll out ERP permissions framework and associated audit planDevelop and maintain system architecture, governance and control frameworks, and associated implementationDevelop, manage, and administer Group-wide AX training programs and Group ERP knowledge base

Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering10+ years of IT work experience with at least 5 years of architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning in Microsoft Dynamics environments5 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders

In depth knowledge of and experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, 2012, and (preferably) D365 environments and functionalities
