Our client are a leading fit out contractor in the GCC. We are looking for a talented Project Manager for a 5 star hotel fit out project on their behalf.
You must be a UAE based Project Manager who has handled high end interiors fit out projects in both Europe/UK as well as the GCC.
• 5- 10 years UAE experience in a Senior Project Manager role within interior fit out
• Degree Educated
• Proven track record in insuring timely completion of task within the budget and high technical standards and achieving target savings for the client, while maintaining control over accounts receivable to ensure a healthy cash flow.
• Demonstrable experience on large scale fit out/joinery projects
• All project management skills
