A leading Satellite Service Provider based in Dubai is looking for a Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
• Perform pre-sales, sales and after-sales functions
• Manage existing accounts and increase current sales
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular interactions with clients for better retention
• Retain existing clients through more cost-effective solutions
• Build up new sales pipeline and acquire new customers
• Meet sales forecasts monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Participate in international tenders and draft complete proposals
• Manage orders from inception to activation of service including negotiation of contracts
• Developing new services including maritime, aero, and propose diversification in new markets to grow sales
• Monitor and analyze competition landscape
المهارات
Requirements:
• Minimum 10-year experience in a similar position in sales with a satellite service company
• Sound technical knowledge of space segment, satellite coverages over MENA and hub-based platforms (iDirect, Newtec, Comtech…etc.)
• Strong grasp of satellite market in MENA including satellite operators and service providers in the region
• Self-dependent with the ability to plan and execute with minimum supervision
• Fluent in written and verbal business communication in English. Arabic is a major plus
