Quest Search & Selection is working with a well-known international consumer beverage distributor who is currently looking to hire an Application Developer to join their dynamic team based in Dubai, UAE. Your key role is to develop, implement, and support internal corporate applications.

Job Description

The responsibilities of the Application Developer within this consumer business in Dubai will include:
Liaising with business stakeholders to identify potential technical solutions and analyze business process challengesMeet business demands through designing, developing, and maintaining in-house applications.Analyze, implement, and support commercial off-the-shelf software applications and hosted software servicesEnsure enterprise architecture standards compliance and industry best practicesPlan development activities and see to it that the estimations for completion is adhered to.Perform other duties as requested by the line Manager

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Application Developer)
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.Highly knowledgeable with at least 5 years programming/development in .NET 3.0/4.0 or higher, VB.NET, C#, Entity Framework, HTML5, Javascript and jQueryKnowledge of cloud computing technology and systems (Azure, Salesforce, Office 365, Google) and mobile programming (iOS/Android)Familiarity with data interface, data extract and data analysis technologies (ETLs)Good analytical and communication skills.
