We are now recruiting for a Tradenetworks
General Job Purpose:
• To develop and maintain strategic partnerships with assigned worldwide accounts.
• Identify opportunities for account growth while offering customers a full array of value added services.
• Monitor competitor actions in each account to ensure that appropriate responses are formulated and communicated.
• Provide input into the overall account strategy.
• Be responsible for the execution of that strategy at the local to Global level.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
• Ensures attainment of revenue and volume/margin/yield goals for assigned large company’s Trade Networks accounts.
• Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy for each global account that ensures attainment of all required sales activities to include sales calls, service calls, proposal, presentations, RFQ/RFI, tenders, account negotiations, Travels, service agreement, as well as any other sales related activities.
• Establishes relationships with senior officer levels within assigned accounts.
• Develops and maintains strategic account intelligence system that records, stores, and reports all sales activities, account information, marketplace and industry information, competitive information, as well as any other necessary information.
• Directs the development and implementation of sales and marketing programs within assigned accounts.
• Monitors company’s Trade Networks’ product quality and customer satisfaction within assigned accounts.
• Directs and/or executes problem resolution for all assigned accounts.
• The incumbent(s) of this position is expected to perform all other related duties.
المهارات
Experience and Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of the End-to-End air & ocean freight forwarding processes.
• Experience in selling transportation consolidation services, brokerage services, vendor compliance & P.O.management.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve major account sales goals & to plan & execute major customer sales strategies.
• Ability to seek out available resources to create preliminary comprehensive account overviews and summaries, basic financial competitive analyses by industry vertical & quantitative bench-marking preferred.
• Prefer understanding of quantitative value-added selling attributes such as proper container utilization, cube optimizing for ocean & air freight containers, impact of inventory turnover improvement on net profit margin.
