الوصف الوظيفي A major European company has opened an office in Dubai and is seeking a Legal Counsel to support the setup of the office and investments in the region. As well as support the head office and other global locations. Client Details Group company holds businesses in Aviation, Property, Construction and Technology and partners with investors from all over the world. The Founder and CEO, an entrepreneur is one of the worlds richest men. And will work directly with the Legal Counsel appointed in Dubai Description Providing high quality in-house legal services with a strong focus on the Family Office activities;Dealing with corporate mattersWork in transactions involving private credit facilities and investmentsBe involved in projects spanning from business jets, yachts and real estate (residences and developments)Oversee director roles in various entitiesMonitoring of shareholdings and shareholder agreementsOverseeing and coordinating work of outside counselsWork very closely with Family Office finance, audit support and other functions as deemed necessary.
