الوصف الوظيفي Assess all group business opportunities and competitive landscape to establish a customer/market centric midterm strategic direction and vision to achieve substantial business growth and profitability Lead a team of professional managers through monitoring key performance indicators Enhance, develop, integrate and implement creative and innovative operational procedures, policies and systems to enhance response to market dynamics Direct and lead the management team through a clear business road map to sustain growth and capture business opportunities Will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the performance and opportunities with each business unit leader to Orchestrate a mid-term strategic direction in alignment with Vice Chairman vision, Group strategy and direction Direct business principles and brand owners on the strategic direction for each business unit (10) to Derive and agree with all stake holders on a business plan and budget to be submitted and approved to Vice Chairman Responsible for Monitoring and controlling the Key performance indicators of each business unit aligned with the authority matrix and the key budget drivers (External and internal) to achieve business excellence Review, develop and prescribe business solutions to counter measure business challenges to ensure budget achievement and continuous business growth Responsible for Streamlining the overall business operation processes which will enhance effectiveness, response time and performance indicators to achieve business excellence Responsible for Business Unit evaluation to include long term diagnostics reports and recommendations to Vice Chairman ensuring that overall business objectives are in line with annual business plans and strategies Responsible for Directing, monitoring and controlling all business operations requirements in line with group shared services to ensure compliance to Shared Services policies and to be completed on time Responsible for supporting Group Vice Chairman by acting as a Group Ambassador to all business Partners, Principles, and Franchises to enhance group strategic business partnership Responsible for overseeing the Study of new business opportunities to Develop a long term group infrastructure requirement to meet Vice Chairman strategic vision and direction Coaching, mentoring and counselling the management team to build and develop leadership talent within group succession planning policy Responsible for ensuring business units professional conduct and ethics are in accordance to best industry practice and Group Human Resource policy and procedures to protect Group professional reputation Responsible for group steering committee provisions aiming to be one of the leading business conglomerates in the region المهارات Requires strong Leadership skills (working, directing and motivating subordinates), Exceptional communications skills, Conflict management, Problem solving sensitivity, Deductive reasoning, Critical thinking ability, Enthusiastic, Aggressive with vigorous initiative, Innovative and creative, High level of Business ethics, Professional business conduct, Excellent interpersonal skills Professional level of strategic design and implementation, Expert level in comprehensive business operations management, Strong Knowledge in Diverse business industries, Know-How of process management, Essential skills in financial management, Basic familiarity of business law, Familiarity in human resource management, Well acquainted of business automation and integration and superior abilities on project and time management BSC Degree of education from a highly recognized institution (Western education is preferable) Minimum of 20 Years’ experience in diverse industry (Automotive, FMCG, Retail), 10 of which are at senior positions Corporate or western experience is preferable Arab National Perfect command in English تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/chief-commercial-officer-3811328/ |
